Setting up office in an historic building can have its charms, but for most historic buildings the out-of-date mechanical and infrastructure is a huge impediment to doing business in the 21st century. That's why we have taken it upon ourselves to to retain the charm and replace everything else. So you end up with 19th and early 20th century shells housing 21st century technology.
