1) Consult your Homeowner Toolkit and Manuals - It's likely that you will find the solution in your online Homeowner Toolkit / Manuals Libary of PDF service manuals.

2) Contact your trades person - If you aren't able to solve your problem, you can contact the trades people who worked on your home. They're listed at the top of this library.

3) If, after consulting the manuals and referring to the trades people, you are still not able to resolve your problem, please use the Customer Service Request form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
