3 Fan Tan Alley

3 Fan Tan Alley is a 5-storey, commercial building with ground level retail and office space above.  It is located at the entrance of the historic Fan Tan Alley in Chinatown Victoria – fronting Pandora Street and the southeast end of Fan Tan Alley.  

This building was originally built in 1910. Salient is re-positioning this building through strategic renovations, capital upgrades and re-leasing of the office and retail spaces for long-term stability.

Along with Salient’s 539 Fisgard property, these designated heritage buildings comprise the southeast and northwest quarters of Fan Tan Alley, representing half of this important historic thoroughfare. Salient’s ongoing work is to help preserve the historic character of Chinatown while encouraging its genuine and respectful revitalization.
