825 Fort Street

Salient is redeveloping the properties at 819-827 Fort Street into a 10-storey, mixed-use building with ground level retail and 101 purpose-built rental homes.

This includes the designation, retention and rehabilitation of the historic Edwardian building façade at 821 Fort Street and the retention and rehabilitation of the historic façade at 825 Fort Street.

These studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom rental homes are targeted to Victoria’s urban workforce in the technology and services sectors.

Historically scaled street level retail storefronts are designed to respect the historic rhythm of Fort Street and will be curated to complement the building, support the local community and add vibrancy to the Fort Street neighbourhood.
